Fresh Apple-Cinnamon Granola
3 average size organic apples
1 cup soaked almonds
4-5 average size rutted dates
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ cup goji berries
¼ tablespoon nutmeg
Take three average sized organic apples and chop them. Preferably
make use of a blend of sweet and sour apples. Take 1 cup soaked
almonds, soaked for overnight. Process the almonds and dates
together in a food processor. Now, add the spices and chopped apples
into the food processor and process the ingredients till an uncouth
granula consistency is attained. Enjoy the granola with fresh almond
milk after stirring in the rest of the ingredients.

Pear-Parsley Smoothie
Take 2 seasoned pears and chop them. Also, take ½ or a full bunch of
unsullied and fresh parsley and chop it. Now, mix the chopped pears
and parsley with decent quantity of water to prepare a smoothie
texture. Keep in chilled condition and enjoy it empty stomach.
Bavarian Custard
(Recipe for serving four)
Take 2 cups of coconut milk and ½ cup of coconut juice, to it add
1/6 tablespoon of Himalayan crystal salt, and now mix it with 2
tablespoon orange juice. Chop 1 vanilla bean and use 1 tablespoon of
vanilla extract. T o it add 1 cup of nectar and 1/3 cup of almond
extract. Now put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or butter as preferred.
To add colors to the mixture introduce a pinch of turmeric powder.
mix the ingredients till it becomes smooth and creamy. Keep it in
chilled condition before serving it.
Chilled Cucumber-Spinach Soup
(Served chilled as a light healthy meal)
in a blender add a cup of water, 2 average sized cucumber, around
14-15 leaves of basil, 1/2 tablespoon of apple or any sweet fruit, 3
cups of spinach. To this mixture add 5 tablespoon of lemon, ½
tablespoon of garlic and onion powder along with ½ cup of Himalayan
salt crystals. Now blend the ingredients properly. Add small avocado
and blend till smooth texture is attained. In another bowl pour all
the mixture and mix it gain with 1 table spoon of dried dill. Serve
after drizzling crispy dehydrates sunflower seeds.
Cucumber Tomato Surprise
Mix I chopped tomato and chopped cucumber (peeled). Cut avocado into
pieces and add to the mixture. To this sprinkle ½ of lemon juice and
a tablespoon of Himalayan salt crystal. Shake and mix the whole
preparation and serve it.
Fruit Sorbet
If using a champion juicer add 2 cups of frozen fruits of your
choice into the juicer and push it until the juice comes out. Serve
it and enjoy the drink.
If using food processor cut the fruit into small pieces and add it
in the processor. Now process it using the S blade till a smooth
consistency is achieved. Serve chilled with ice.
