Easy ways to think about healthy diet
As we know that its not easy to change to healthy diet. The person

are liked by you in water for 3-4 days. They can be kept in
refrigerator for few days. When you want to use them just clean

crispy. Let them cool and store them in an airtight container.
When you need them for almond milk, just plain snacking or a
