Easy ways to think about healthy diet

As we know that it’s not easy to change to healthy diet. The person require time to prepare fresh food which is the main thing required to keep yourself healthy.

There are few tips that should be taken care to make your life healthy. Some of those tips are:
  • Simple eating – We prefer eating tasty foods but we should avoid it and try to eat simple food. The breakfast should be simple like a nice, big apple with almonds or pumpkin seed butter or a container full of figs. These are the best things to be taken in the breakfast. People should always take very simple breakfast and lunch and always take prepared foods at the time of dinner.
  • Always wash the green salad properly – There are many markets which have pre washed vegetables like arugula, mixed green vegetable and spinach. This pre washing makes tasks easier as just to open the bag and eat the salad together.
  • Farmers Market – a place to shop – We pick fresh and ripe food that have great flavors. Thus you can buy the tastiest food product and enjoy fresh quality with good quantity.
  • Prepare salad dressings quickly with delicious oils – There are variety of delicious oils such as almond, sesame, pumpkin seeds, and walnut oils or a kind of olive oil i.e. Barijani. Mix the green vegetable with just a bit of salt and a tablespoon of oil and top them with sprouts, sliced avocados, tomatoes and few seeds like sunflower or pumpkin and you will get a healthy and simple salad.
  • Mash an avocado with some raw sauerkraut and spread on a flax cracker. Just take 1 avocado, mash it with ½ cup of your favorite store bought or homemade sauerkraut and eat it like that or spread it on a cracker.
  • Just start with one or two days a week to do your food production. You can make the majority of prepared foods on that day such as flax crackers, nut/seed pates, vegetable burgers, almond mayo, pizza crusts, pesto, etc. which will there for a long time. Ideas: Make pasta sauce on your food production day, and on a non-production day, make a green salad on which you can put your sauces.

There are 2 solutions.

  1. You should keep few of your nuts which are liked by you in water for 3-4 days. They can be kept in refrigerator for few days. When you want to use them just clean them in 3 % hydrogen peroxide to make them fresh.
  2. Immerse up to 5 pounds of nuts overnight, clean them well, and then dehydrate them at 105° until crispy. Let them cool and store them in an airtight container. When you need them for almond milk, just plain snacking or a recipe, they will be ready for your use.
